Apartment was located in a perfect spot close to Zakopane centre very short walking distance to everything and few shops for groceries close by.

The apartment offers swimming pools but only open from 16:00-21:00 what some of us found strange as after exploring the area and hiking we had no time to use the pool and jacuzzi or sauna, the pool should be open more often and have better access for the guests, this is a massive down side of the apartment and would perhaps not chose the place again, many quests I have spoken to felt exactly the same as me, the place would benefit more is the pool areas was open more often during the morning hours or later in the night. Also kitchen would need microwave and there is no oven to heat up food.

Great location

Complicated communication with hosts, most of the time they just didn’t answer. Didn’t give clear instructions on parking and when I parked incorrectly I was blocked by them as a punishment. Was blocked for 5 hours until I asked a guy that cleans around the building to help me with getting out by manoeuvring in a narrow space.

Great location. Nice appartments . Great facilities ..and very friendly staff

The mattress needs to be changed they are old and not so comfortable

We liked the sauna, apartment was a good size, location was good too.

Unfortunately, we didn't get any fresh towels (needed for a pool and sauna use) or replacement garbage bags even though I left a voicemail asking for it. Couldn't get through to anyone. (This property has no hosts on site). Breakfast was basically the same meal with a different salad every day for 3 days delivered to our door. Breakfast buffet would have been a much nicer choice - as it usually is at different hotels, it creates less waste.
