Расположение отличное. Всё в шаговой доступности . Комплекс очень красивый . Чисто . Есть лифт. Есть балкон и чудесный вид . Спасибо .

Мы жили апартаментах . Спальная комната на втором этаже , лестница на этаж на мой взгляд слегка крутая . А сама спальная слегка маловата .. , что делает её оригинальной , но не совсем комфортной .

Apartament był przestronny i czysty, zadbany, przyjemny zapach oraz widok na góry. Śniadania były bardzo obfite i smaczne, duży balkon oraz łazienka, bardzo miła obsługa, w basenie ciepła termalna woda, nieograniczony dostęp do saun, mimo dużego obiektu za ścianami nie było słychać hałasów

Nie znalazłem minusów

The apartment was clean and tidy, with a balcony. It was nice and warm (we were staying there in December!). Breakfast was delivered every day. The host sent a WhatsApp on our day of arrival and met us at the gate (not at reception). It's in a handy location, the town is a 5 minute walk away and there are lots of bars and restaurants on the way.

We were surprised that the apartment was not serviced. We were there for a week and things like dish washer tablets and toilet paper ran out quickly (3 tablets and 2 rolls not great for 7 days!). No staples were provided (i.e. tea and coffee) so we went to a nearby supermarket for provisions. Breakfast gets delivered each day in a paper bag, between 7am and 8am although this seems to be more of a guide than a rule. You need to advise the person that gives you the keys if you have any dietary requirements. The breakfast bag does include a teabag and a coffee sachet each although by that point we had already bought what we thought we needed. We had asked for a pool side apartment, up as a high as possible as we were there for Christmas and hoped for a nice view. We got an apartment on the first floor with a view of the road and were told no pool views were available, There is a list of rules to be abide by - you have to make sure you've emptied the bins before you leave and you're not permitted to hook up your own firestick or similar, without their permission. We needed to leave at 6.30am on our day of departure to catch a train. We were told that checkouts after 10pm and before 7am would be liable to a penalty of 80 PLN. Thankfully they did waive the penalty and we ended up waiting till 6.45am anyway, to give the host the keys back.
