Private small studio in Costa de Caparica

Clean little studio, kitchenette had what was needed for cooking basic meals, good pressure in the shower, easy distance from beach and centre, quiet residential area

Toilet seat that doesn’t stay up

I liked that: - the owner was friendly, communicated short and efficient - the location is very good (5 minutes to the center of the resort, respectively 10 minutes to the closest beach) - the studio is small but has almost everything important - you can use the pool (however, I don't use the pool while going to the seaside) - last but not least - the price was reasonable for Costa da Caparica

There were some details which can be improved: - the toilet lid doesn't stay open because of the angle made with toilet tank so you have to hold it with one hand - I had no hot water, but I told the owner, she realised the gas cylinder was empty (maybe it should be checked before every guest) and she ordered a gas cylinder the next day (the resort or maybe part of it doesn't have gas pipes), so I took 2 cold showers - the mattress slides to the edge while turning from side to side during sleep, so maybe a hindrance at the edge of the bed would be welcome - you have to start the wi-fi router everytime you reach home, cause it turns off automatically from time to time - the sewage system (or the pool) make a weird noise every morning in front of the studio for approx. half an hour - maybe an A/C would be welcome, cause the walls are made of wood and wood retain heat; the fan doesn't help too much

Not too far from my friends hotel.. I went for music festival which you had to get Uber to.. Accommodation was about a hours walk from Suncebeat festival Very clean and suitable for solo traveller. The owners of apartment are very nice.

Everything was satisfactory, no A.C. but a fan was provided.
