One thing I don't quite like about proper hotels is that they have daily cleaning and usually at 10 am, which forces me to wake up and leave early. Even though this is an apartment stay, they still provide cleaning once every few days and refill tea bags and toilet paper, which is something most other apartment stays don't do. The owner was very friendly too. The room was very clean.
Have to walk like 10 minutes to reach the train station. But otherwise, location was decent.

The location is very good, the size of the room was great, and well equipped so that you can even heat up food or do laundry

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Comfy with a washing machine which is a plus.
Location is a bit out of the way and in Wintertime the paths are super icy coming up to the accommodation so be very careful!!

Everything was fine, the apartment is fully equiped and clean, good price-quality ratio. The host is available for personal request (leave luggages for example), and the situation is less than 10 minutes by walk from the subway station. A konbini is just in front of the apartment, useful.
