駐車場、停めにくいのに料金、近隣のパーキングに停めた方が安かった。

近所にスーパーがあり、食事が充実出来ました。 洗濯機設備＋洗剤1回分があり‼︎暑い日の滞在でしたので… 利用させていただき、良いサービスだと思いました。

鍵の受け渡しに連絡が、スムーズに行われなかったが… 直接電話連絡した際には順調に開錠、受け渡しができました。 小型犬が一緒でしたが… 2階のお部屋は階段がちょっと大変でしたが… 防犯上は安心して過ごせました。

I've been traveling for months throughout Asia -- it was nice to finally have access to a kitchen (*even though it was just a plug in stove, with a sink set-up right in the living room*). A heated toilet seat was a nice surprise too. And the small, twin bed was pretty comfortable -- with a nice window right over the bed.

The sewage smell coming from the shower drain was pretty strong, and if you leave the door open to avoid mold from building up, it penetrates the living room pretty hard -- which is right outside the washroom. Also, it was a little inconvenient to have to use the kitchen sink to wash my face, and brush my teeth.

The apartment is very spacious with plenty of room for one person and it would comfortably fit more. The air conditioner, fridge, microwave, washing machine, water heater, electric stove, toilet - everything - worked well.

The property is a bit of a dump - it looks run down and not properly maintained. Damaged walls, improvised plumbing and wiring, stained little sofa in the living room. There is no sink in the bathroom - I had to use the kitchen sink to brush my teeth. The light in the toilet is automatic - there is no light switch - it turns on when you enter the toilet but then turns off by itself while you are still there. The kitchen is minimally equipped - no pots provided, only one knife and one frying pan. I wouldn’t mind all of it for a right price. But it is priced as a premium property. I paid less per day for a super modern and well equipped apartment in an elevator building next to a metro station in central Nagoya. This one is 10 minutes walk from a metro and you need to climb narrow stairs with your suitcase to enter it. It either needs to be renovated to justify the price or the price needs to come down. Currently it is not a good value for money, I am sorry to say.
