Great location with easy parking and access to Wells. Villa is comfortably furnished with all we needed for a short stay. Useful "welcome pack" provided on arrival. Good choice of pubs / eating places very close.

Main bathroom carpet was a bit threadbare. En-suite bathroom toilet seat loose. Third bedroom very small for double bed.
