Very good location for Wells Next the Sea. Well furnished with good sized rooms and 3 TVs provided across the property. Kitchen well-equipped. Welcome pack appreciated.
Kitchen knives need sharpening and sink didn't flow freely. Top bathroom ceiling light needs bulb replacement and mirror light faulty. Extractor fan above shower not working. Cot provided is difficult to use because sides seem faulty.

Excellent location and very well-equipped.
Creaky stairs were a bit irritating!
And a very minor point considering all the fantastic equipment but we couldn’t find a tray. Given that the kitchen was on a different level to the sitting room, this would have been handy.

We stayed in this property some 5 years ago and loved it for size, location and the available parking. And this time loved it again for the same reasons.
We felt the property had got a little tired and needs an update, particularly the carpet floors which we felt really need replacing now.
