All guests can still enjoy the lake at Lake Arrowhead Village, book a boat tour on the Arrowhead Queen, and visit other lakes, parks, and trails in the area - NOTE: Noise violations will result in a $1,000 fine - NOTE: The property features noise decibel monitoring machines with one located on the deck and the other in the kitchen. Tampering with the devices will result in a fine - NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is located on each side of the home facing the street, and 1 camera is on the home facing the trashcan/bear proof trash cans. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras do actively record video or sound while guests are in residence - NOTE: The pinball machine is temporarily out of order and the owner is working diligently to get it back up and running as soon as possible
