The property features 3 exterior security cameras: camera 1 is located over the garage facing the driveway, camera 2 is located on the front of the property facing the guest walkway outside, and camera 3 is a Nest doorbell camera located on the front door facing the front entry. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when detected by motion or when the doorbell button is pressed. The property also features a full time monitoring service for break-ins, fires, and glass breakage - Please use provided luggage racks for suitcases (rather than beds or chairs) -Enjoy food & drinks at the dining table or outdoor seating areas only -No wet clothing, sunscreen, or soiled items on light-colored furniture
