Owners were responsive and attentive. Downsides are no washer and dryer in unit and limited kitchen utensils, but didn't bother us. There's a laundry mat on each floor, I believe. Location was perfect and beds were comfortable! AC worked great.

We had a few hiccups when arriving, it was hard to find for us but the owners were great and walked us through it. The condo was clean, beds were comfy, close to the beach (no view), and enough space for us!

We stayed at this unit for an extended family weekend at the beach. It was roomy, beds were comfortable and things were reasonably updated. The manager was friendly and responded quickly to any issues we had to resolve them. Enjoyed the beach being a quick walk away, and Brookgreen Gardens was really close, as well as good restaurants in Pawley’s Island.

Unit was supposed to have a bedroom upstairs. All bedrooms were down a flight of stairs . I just had a knee replacement so it was a problem . The WiFi signal disappeared each morning . A couple of afternoons it came back . The property was being painted so half of the parking lot was unavailable. The couch in the living room was worn out . And the seats on both toilets were loose .
