Our vacation was very satisfying and regenerating. We enjoyed the fabulons sunrises from our balcony overlooking the ocean, and sunsets on the other side, every night. The condo is well located on the beach and at the center of the most interesting golf courses in Myrtle. At the high tide, looking south, the shore line was so close to the building that we felt as though we were on a cruise ship. Peace and serenity live there.

The location is beautiful, the view, the pool area! This "penthouse" however, was a little disappointing. The updated flooring in the living room and bedrooms and the new living room furniture was very nice. But it appeared that nothing else has been updated in nearly 40 years. The A/C did not work when we got there, they had to come put in new batteries in the thermostats. Before we figured out the problem, we looked around and noticed mold on the air vents. Their is a ceiling tile missing in the master bath, and when that A/C comes on and off it's very loud and sounds like something is about to come thru the ceiling. There are a number of places were the trim is cracked/missing, and looks moldy. The track of the master closet doors is rusted.

This condo needs a lot of updating. There were ceiling tiles missing. There was supposed to be a queen bed in bedroom 2 but it was only a double. The tub-shower was bigger than a hot tub but it was difficult to get in and out because it was slippery . Hot and cold were backwards. Plastic chair on balcony was broken. Vanes were missing from blinds in master. Not enough towels.

We love the place. Lots of sun shine. Prime location in Myrtle Beach, directly on the Beach. Near our prefered golf clubs, groccery stores, restaurants, medical center, state parks. The condo was clean. Living Area is large enoough for our purpuose. The unit is well decorated with a minimalist style, which we appreciate for a vacation home. The brand new microwave has appreciated. On the improvements to-do list, one could put the AC systems (both) which need repair, changing the ceiling tiles, the refrigeraytor works well but it is rusted on the exterior, the patio doors could be updated along with the venetian blinds. Rénovation of the kitchen area, and both bathrooms would add a great deal of appeal to this rental unit.
