We have stayed at many vacation rentals, and this was by far the best. Every detail was thought through. The kitchen was fully stocked with every item you could possible need, and the bathroom even had extra items like q-tips and hand soap. We were very impressed with all of the extra touches. The beach gear was especially nice! We ended up driving to the beach with our 5 year old, which only took us 4 minutes. We also love the Sea Pines area, which was only a 5 minute drive to the entrance. We loved this location! We will definitely be back.

Mark's place is awesome. Very updated and super clean. There is everything you could possibly need. You can walk to the beach or swim in the pool. You get 2 parking passes.
The directions in the notebook were great! If you have disabilities just know it's on the 2nd floor with stairs only. Communications were super.
I would definitely book this property again!

Had the pleasure of getting away from it all at this gorgeous, newly renovated gem. Feels like you are tucked away at a tropical oasis, while being close enough to walk to the beach and truly soak in the escape. Loved being a quick drive to Harbour Town and the best of everything when it comes to amazing golf courses. Can’t say enough good things about the owner who was responsive to our questions and needs. Looking forward to a return sooner rather than later!
