A group of 8-9 women stayed at your rental and it was such a great fit. We loved the view and that there were lots of beds. The house was bigger than we anticipated which was a nice surprise. The view is so gorgeous and it was very relaxing. Upon arrival there was a note saying that the hot tub had a slow leak and needed to be topped up daily, which was disappointing but manageable. The kitchen was well stocked, except for no dish washing detergent. We enjoyed the large dining table to all sit around to eat and play games. Thank you for the lovely accommodation.

It was the perfect spot to celebrate our 50th anniversary with our family. Lots of bedrooms and lots of flexibility with bed sizes —- queens, a king and several twins.
The deck and the view were awesome! Lots of room for a ball game, basketball and badminton game out back. The dock was amazing. The kitchen was well stocked and nice to have an assortment of games to play. Nice to have the hot tub!!

The location of the house was extraordinarily, with a great view of the water from the back deck and trees on all sides making it very private.
The house was clean and lots of linens and dishes. There were a few suggestions we have passed on to the managers, like the fact there was only one very large frying pan and no others but 3 coffee grinders - nothing that was serious enough to detract from the beautiful house and location.

To start off, the house is lovely and comfortable, the amenities were great and the view was amazing.
Despite a huge kitchen, with lots of well stocked cupboards of dishes - there is ZERO pantry space for your food. All of our dried goods sat out on the counter. Just strange!
Beds and pillows are comfortable.
The master bathroom is carpeted - gross! There are yellow pee stains around the toilet, yuck! Just replace the bathroom flooring, that is so unsanitary!!
There were a few things of concern that need to be addressed for safety and security reasons.
1. When we arrived, there was garbage leftover from the previous guests in the trash cans in the garage. A note on the fridge said that garbage would be picked up on Wednesday (we arrived on a Monday), which leaves me to believe that this garbage had been sitting for up to 5 days (and there were still 2 days more until it was picked up) It stank to high heaven of rotting meat!! When the garbage was picked up on Wed, the whole garage still stank - I think the cans need to be sanitized/bleached, and a new garbage pick up system figured out. People should not be dealing with prior guests garbage!
2. There is no ladder on the dock. I have read reviews from a year ago about a broken, and then missing ladder. It's been a year, this needs to be replaced ASAP. We were excited to book a waterfront location, to swim in the ocean and we were not able to because there is no safe and easy way to climb onto the dock from the water. This was a real disappointment.
3. I took a baking sheet out from the oven draw and there was mice droppings on it, and in the oven drawer. I didn't see anything anywhere else in the kitchen....but someone needs to come out and pull the oven out and inspect to see if rodents are getting in. Gross, and unsanitary.
4. There was a black-out one of the nights. ( 10pm - 4am) I remembered seeing a drawer full of lanterns and candles....but only 2 of the 8 lanterns had working batteries!! We scrambled in the dark, with our phone lights to switch out batteries and make more of them work. Eventually took batteries from the tv remotes! This is obviously an oversight, but batteries should be updated. Also, we found out from the BC Hydro website that it was a 6 hour long "planned blackout". Some warning ahead of time would have been nice, as I'm sure the community was made aware of it.
