This house was great, it had everything we needed and was about 2 minute walk to the beach. The house manager was nice and polite and very prompt with texting back.
If I had any complaints they would be that there was no tv in the kids room, but the manager I spoke with said she was already planning on putting one in.
The only other thing would be the grill was pretty dirty and I had to do a little more cleaning on it than I would have liked. I would definitely go back.

Everything was perfect from the ease of reservation to check in/out. Perfectly clean unit with direct access to the beach via walkway over the sea oats. Heavily stocked kitchen pantry as well as towels for both bath and beach use. Elevator made moving large items to the main floor much easier. Outdoor shower kept the sand inside to a minimum and the kids loved the beach toys provided. Quiet area with it's own semi private beach. Everything you could need for a quiet stay. Only drawback is area grocery shopping is limited. Make sure and hit your favorite store in Clute on your way in.

My family of five, including a five year old grand daughter, enjoyed our stay at this property. We spent time on 3 of 4 decks, watching and listening to the ocean.
Well-stocked kitchen made cooking easy. We appreciated the third bathroom on the main level.
Be aware there are lots of stairs to navigate. We had a few problems that were addressed by our contact person and the helpful handyman. Overall a good place to stay.

This house was perfect for our getaway. Very close to beach access with great views. Could see our beach set up from the house.
Loved that 2 of the bedrooms had the bathrooms in the rooms, we travelled with another couple so the private bathrooms for each couple was a bonus.
2 of the 3 bedrooms had porches along with porches on the front side and back side in the common space - all with ocean views. Depending on wind and sun, you could be on either porch with a great view!
The living room area was spacious with enough seating for all of us.
House was clean and had all the amenities needed. Highly recommend and we can't wait to go back.
