Absolutely LOVE our hostess Trish! The place was perfect. Very clean, steps from the beach, super comfortable and will definitely be coming back. The small details put it at a 10 for us. Location was great, everything provided to have actual meals at the house. Trish was very on the ball and very friendly and accommodating. You can tell they truly want you to enjoy your stay.
Literally NOTHING we didn't like about the place, except maybe not getting to take that gorgeous driftwood horse home with me lol

So cute and comforting. Clean, open and fun for a group of 6-8.
1 minute to beach is so true! We love the ease of getting down to beach and ease to run back for needed items. They had chairs and a beach buggy that help us so much.

Location, AC was great, nice layout.
Water was terrible. Did not like the rust smell after a shower. Did not feel comfortable drinking or cooking with the water. Bought several gallon water bottles. Maybe there is nothing that can be done regarding the community water system, but I recommend installing a water purification system at the house. Would love to come back, but can’t stand poor water quality.

The location can't be any better. The house was very clean and very well stocked. Having never rented a beach house before I took a lot that was not needed because of how well the house was equipped. Trish the agent that called beforehand was so very helpful and even came by Sunday evening to take the trash out to the street. We will diffidently look into renting again next year.
We were told that the extra tank for the bbq pit was full but it was not, however that was a quick fix by going down to the nearest store for a replacement. Otherwise we had a great time.
