Boats may be launched at Green Valley Resort (19586 County 13, Nevis), located across the lake from the home, at our expense. Advance notice is required so we can coordinate the date and time with the resort owners

You feel welcome as soon as you open the door!
It is a wonderful cabin with rustic charm (the woodwork is stunning). Recently built, tastefully decorated and well-maintained. They have thought of and provided everything you will need to enjoy your stay.
We also had fun riding bikes on the nearby and beautiful Heartland Trail. And there is a great butcher shop we stumbled upon in Park Rapids (Main Street Meats).

This was a great weekend getaway! The weather wasn’t super warm, but the hot tub made up for it! We took the kayaks out, which was amazing! The lake is pretty quiet except for some fishermen. They have multiple options for a fire at night. You can sit and chat by the propane fire pit or start up the wood fire and roast marshmallows. They supplied us with some snacks including those for s’mores! There’s plenty to do around the area as well. We stopped by Zorbaz and played mini golf at Birdies Mini Golf. 10/10 recommend staying here!

We planned this trip for my mom who is on palliative care, she just kept saying the entire stay what an amazing place it was and how fun it was! It truly felt like home with all the amenities available! We had a nice welcome package, the house was clean, nicely decorated. We did all things, fishing (caught a few small fish and some bigger bass right off the doc), kayaking, sat in the hot tub, used the grill! Enjoyed the big windows and the wildlife all around and beautiful views! We hope to go back some day and make more memories!

Perfection! Scott and Kelli are amazing! This Lakeside chalet has to be the best we have ever experienced. Every detail....perfection!
As you drive into the yard....you can feel the warmth. When you enter this home, the wonderful smell lets you know you have arrived at tranquility. Attention is paid to every detail....Christmas decorations, the layout, expansive floor to ceiling windows, the rustic yet very modern feel....Perfection!
The windows allow you to view nature from the comfort and warmth of this amazing home. We were fortunate to see several meteors on a starry night and the glow of the northern lights.
We were visited by deer, rabbits, squirrels, birds, eagles and trumpeter swans. The view of the lake at sunrise and sunset are out of this world. We are on Lake Time but we don't want to miss a second of the day, we're up before the break of dawn to ensure we don't miss visitors in the yard, it's exciting.
This is our second time visiting Nevis, it will not be our last. We have enjoyed two winters but we will be back to experience summer....can't wait.
