Quiet, safe neighborhood close enough to everything without being too close for comfort. Super clean. Plenty of space to spread out, including two indoor living room areas and several outdoor areas as well. The main living room is set up well for TV viewing, which I'm only pointing out because, for some reason, there are a lot of rental properties with wonky living rooms set ups. Bathrooms had plenty of countertop space for your stuff (also an issue with some rentals). Our group consensus was that the beds were the most comfortable of any place we've ever stayed, so 6 stars on that. On that note- the pillows, sheets, towels, paper towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc. were more along the lines of what you'd have at your own house rather than what you'd get at a rental, so again, 6 stars on that. Often times, it's the little things that really make a place stand out. I'd definitely stay here again. You won't be disappointed!

Here for a 3 day stay for the NCVA Tournament. House was the right distance from the convention center. With a family of 5, house seemed bigger than what is really is, allowed for everyone a little alone time but at the same time enjoyed the board games that were at the house. House updated nicely and very clean! Neighborhood quiet and great to walk around block or to the coffee shop down the street.

This property is as advertised - clean, quiet neighborhood, near downtown Reno. We enjoyed the putting green, corn hole, and small ping pong table. We would definitely stay there again.

This is the perfect home for a group of 5 or 6. It has multiple living spaces including great outdoor areas. We had 4 year olds with us and it was great to have the outdoor areas. It is a very quiet neighborhood with access to the freeway nearby and to the downtown area. Nothing is too far away in Reno! The owners were a dream to work with, too! Had a little A/C issue which they resolved quickly. I will definitely rent this home again if it is available when I need it!
