The place was amazing! Looks like many of the pinto bean processing facilities in the area from the outside but inside is a wonderful home. It was certainly overkill for just 2 people but my wife and I loved the place. The craftsmanship in the conversation was top notch, no corners cut. A lot of attention was paid to the little details in the finish work. The handcrafted metal work through out the place was done by a true metal artist- paper towel holders, towel holders, an inside and outside table, signs, an outdoor fireplace!!! Incredible work!
The view of Sleeping Ute Mountain and the surrounding fields were beautiful. We sat outside every night and watched stars and meteors. We happened to be there during the Perseid meteor shower.
The place is well situated for a base to visit many places in the 4 corners area.
We loved it!

This is the second time we stayed here we absolutely love this place! It’s a little out of the way for some people but we are used to driving. We will definitely be staying here again!

When we arrived the place was clean and ready for us. There was even K cups which was an added bonus. There were seven of us, 3 couples and single and the place provided lots of room and we felt very much at home. The beds provided much needed rest and were comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with more than enough plate settings. This was perfect for us all. We would definitely stay here again.
