This is the second time we've stayed at this home. It is located in Estrella (technically part of Goodyear) and a very short drive to the Guardians and Reds training facilities and ballpark. The neighborhood is residential and very quiet and there are several good restaurants in the Estrella community (Taste of Italy Pizza was outstanding!). Also, many ballplayers rent homes in the area, so keep your eyes open as you walk around. We ran into Sandy Alomar Jr. from the Guardians buying a pizza on our first day.
Check-in was a breeze as we were sent the code for the front door in advance. The house is very clean with an outstanding master suite and three other smaller bedrooms (one with a bunk bed for kids). The kitchen was well stocked with seasonings, miscellaneous staples, and coffee (all left behind by previous guests, so your experience may vary).
The backyard is large with a firepit, a gas grill, and 2 smaller charcoal grills (though we didn't use them).
Only a couple minor things to note: 1) there is a 55" Samsung smart TV that supports streaming apps, but no local or live channels are installed. If you want to watch the news or other live programming, you'll need to log in with your own app. or cast from another device. 2) to switch from bath to shower head in the second bathroom you need to pull down (hard) on the ring of the bath nozzle. It took us a while to figure that one out. 3) The slaved thermostat was not enabled, so half the house got cold a night. A quick message to the Evolve team got the issue fixed remotely. Other than these minor issues, the rest of the stay was uneventful.
Overall, we really like this house and may return next year!

Great opportunity to get away for a long weekend. The home was spacious and had everything we needed. Our kids had enough space to play games do homework and relax.
The house was equipped with everything we needed to cook meals and entertain the families.
