We enjoyed swimming in the pool, BBQ and walked by the Lake in the afternoon to watch the sunset. You can see the Lake from upstairs balcony as well. The place was so clean and had all the kitchen essentials, beddings, towels, pool towels, shampoo, body wash ETC. The Master was downstairs with the door to the backyard making it easy to go to the pool without having to have to to walk through the living room and the kitchen to get to the backyard. We parked our car in the 2 car garage witch was very safe and continent. The host was so nice, she sent us the move in/out instructions and and answered our questions quickly. We will stay here again.

We planned a family getaway for the 4th! My son who lives right around the corner found this house and said it would be perfect and it was.
There were 3 families staying here and there was plenty of room for everyone even our 2 small dogs. The bedrooms are large and have plenty of room to move around. Best part was the balcony. We got to watch the firework from there and kids got to stay in the pool and watch! The balcony has an amazing view of the lake and was perfect! (didn’t want to mention that because we plan on booking this place every year LOL)!
The communication was amazing. We got to check in early which was nice after a 6 hour drive. We ended up needing a late checkout due to some unfortunate events and they were able to accommodate us.
2 small issues the house sleeps 10 but they only have 4 wash clothes . Having 4 grandchildren with us those were used day 1 so their mom had to go out and buy some so we weren’t having to do a load of wash daily. #2 Trash cans: having back to back large families their trash is only picked up once a week so when we got there the trash can was full and no where to put our trash. Had the kids stomp the trash down so we could fit a few bags in since we still had several more days before trash pickup and thankfully my son lived around the corner and took a bag home with him every night once the can was full!
Those are fixable issues so if you’re looking for a large family rental this is the home! It is welcoming, great location for the area, beautiful views, wonderful neighborhood, comfortable beds & great communication! You won’t be disappointed we definitely were NOT!

When we arrived, there were 2 ducks in the pool and duck feces on the pool deck and in the pool. I called Samantha to ask if Evolve could do something about it as we rented the house because of the large pool. She was very nice and said she'd check into it. There was never a response. There was more feces the next day.
This house needs a pool brush and a pool net. We were able to borrow these from family members in the area and clean up ourselves. We also put large blow up floaties in the pool which deterred the ducks. I'm sure this is an ongoing problem.
Our other suggestions:
A notebook with directions for operating the AC and TV channel listings so you don't have to scroll through the onscreen Guide all the time.
Kitchen towels and washcloths.
3-4 decorative pillows for the sofa so shorter people can have back support.
Some kind of privacy covering on the master bedroom shower window.
Some blinds are broken and need to be replaced or fixed.
We knew this house was a little on the basic side from the pictures but every house w/a pool should have a net and brush. There were 2 pool poles but no attachments on them.
