We spent the week in this beautiful condo and enjoyed every single minute. The place is beautifully decorated and maintained, you can tell the owners/hosts are passionate about what they do. No details missed in accommodations (comfortable beds, seating, beautiful kitchen and baths), things available to you in the condo (towels, cleaning supplies, kitchen equipment and needs), information for their guests (community event flyers, take out menus, local area magazines), and pool access pass. Parking was never an issue throughout the week and why would you drive anywhere anyway, everything you need is right there in Harbour Town. Plus, the trolley is just a few steps away to take you around Sea Pines! We enjoyed bike drop off and pick up, so we didn’t have to go far for that either. Our children loved the park at the bottom of the stairs and the Gregg Russell concerts at night. We’ve been coming to Hilton Head since we ourselves were children (over 20 years) and this was the best experience we’ve ever had. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts for opening up your lovely home to share. It’s a gem and we will be back!

The Harbortown condo was wonderful in every way - location, cleanliness, recent upgrades, beautifully decorated, etc., etc. The Evolve Team, Michael and Elaine, went above and beyond to provide first class hospitality and service!

As someone who grew up in Sea Pines, I knew it was important to be located in Harbor Town. Staying anywhere else on the island will not give you the same experience. The condo is beautifully renovated. Pictures don’t do it justice. You have everything at your convenience- if anything is needed such as snacks, drinks, medicine, etc. it can be found at the general store just located below the condo. If you are traveling with children, you will be able to watch them on the playground from the balcony. If you are traveling with a dog the owners provide pet bowls, treats, waste bags, and lint roller. I haven’t found that kind gesture anywhere else. The owner Michael was very accommodating and let us check in early. The beds are very comfortable, the towels are great quality, the kitchen is fully stocked with whatever gadgets needed, and the tvs are big and easy to use. I will be staying here again during all future visits and recommending it to everyone!
