The apartment was so nice and clean and comfortable. Everything was so nice I enjoyed my stay in Saluda. The town is so nice and walkable. I was there when they had Community Table and music in Mc Creery Park across from the Apartment so I went over and mixed with the locals who were very kind and friendly. The children were all playing on the playground while we listened to the mountain band play. Then Friday the area had the farmers market tail gate which was also locals all getting together. Walking around the town to see the gardens was very peaceful in the mornings. I visited the local shops and ate at the local restaurants which were delicious. The area is close to some amazing day trips in the Western North Carolina sites. Waterfalls, hiking, shopping, biking, Blue Ridge Parkway, and the Sky Top Apple Orchards, where we got the best apple pie(the BEST!). I was in Saluda visiting family and brought the children to the Saluda Grade Train Museum also, and fishing.

We had a fantastic stay in this newly remodeled upstairs apartment. It’s located right downtown and close to everything. We walked across the street to the pub in the evening and then to the Wakey Monkey in the morning for coffee. Just lovely. The apartment was spotless and had so many little touches that I just loved. The filtered water in the fridge and fresh brownies made my day. Thank you so much for a comfortable stay and personalized touches that made it that much more special.

Stayed for 3 nights the end of October to see fall colors in the area. The modern apartment is adorable with all the amenities you will need. Very clean and homey feel. Our only issue was the bed. It was rock hard! If you don’t like hard beds, you’ll find yourself sleeping on the sofa bed. That was the reason for my lower rating. FYI—The Purple Onion and Azalea Bistro are both wonderful restaurants and only steps away from the apartment. However, you must have reservations well in advance to get in, at least during the popular time of year we visited.
