Great location, very cozy feel, comfortable, homey feel.
That bed was far too firm. It reactivated my sciatica in only one night. I had to sleep on the couch the second night.

Location, location, location! This little beauty was parked in the middle of literally everything...Like taverns, upscale restaurants, GOOD BBQ, quirky shops, antiques, ice cream, coffee, etc! And it came packed with everything we needed like comfy sofa, full kitchen with new stainless appliances, shower with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, great views from windows and a good sized deck and even in-unit laundry! The security felt great with locking corridor behind us before you open the actual unit- and we never felt unsafe as we were right across from the police station.
The one single down side was the mattress which, initially seemed hard but once we got tucked in, it actually slept great and we weren't sore in the morning (and we aren't exactly spring chickens). It could use a topper to soften the initial feeling of getting onto a flat board.
