Convenient location, comfortable and clean, well stocked kitchen, wonderful screened porch, and we loved having the dock access for boating and floating. We enjoyed the quiet setting and felt safe floating by the dock being located at the end of one of the many fingers of Tim’s Ford lake. Great family weekend!

We highly recommend this Tim’s Ford lake house. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s extremely clean and spacious inside. The views outside are amazing and the cove is just like your own private lagoon. Just minutes away from Tim’s Ford state park and the lakeview marina where we rented a boat. We are definitely coming back! Thank you!

Even though it rained a lot during our stay, we enjoyed hanging out on the upper level screened in porch or the lower level covered porch. We felt like we were up in a tree house during the rain. Very relaxing. Twin Coves Marina is a short drive away where we took out a pontoon boat for an afternoon. There are several good restaurants in nearby Winchester where you can dine in, carry out or take meals to a nearby park for a picnic. The neighborhood where the home is located is nice for walking to get in your daily steps. Rain or shine you will enjoy staying at this luxurious property.

This place literally was the cleanest home we’ve ever rented! So clean, you can relax as soon as you arrive. There has been thought been put into every room indoor and outdoor. The house was well stocked with all you need. I can not wait to return because it truly felt like a retreat.
