Cute little place and very quiet neighborhood. We never heard a sound outside the entire 3 day stay. The homeowner had decorated the house with Christmas decorations, which was a super nice gesture! The beds were comfortable, the house nice and warm, and the kitchen was stocked with utensils, dishes, etc. for our holiday meals.
Our host created a comprehensive touristy book filled with things to do, restaurants, parks, etc. I really appreciated that touch.
The backyard was fenced, fairly large, with beautiful trees. I bet it's lots of fun to hang out in during the summer.
I would definitely stay at this residence again; we really enjoyed it.

Great little house with a wonderful backyard to spend a nice relaxing time with family and pets! Easy drive to Red Rocks, Golden, and anywhere in Littleton. Can walk to downtown! Has all the amenities you need. I would stay here again and again!

We rented this home so we could visit with local family & friends while in CO. The location was perfect for us. The home is very charming & welcoming. We were surprised & delighted to find the generous & luxurious supply of toiletries, cleaning supplies, etc. The dogs were particularly happy to be able to run freely in the yard after days upon days of travel requiring them to be on leashes all the time!
The ONLY tricky part was finding a place to stash our groceries for a few days. We would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a peaceful, convenient temp home.
