My two teenage daughters and I loved our stay in this cozy studio apartment. It had everything we needed as a base of operations for a beach vacation. It was scrupulously clean, safe, well-lit and with a well-appointed modern kitchen. AC more than adequate despite July heat. The wifi worked well and we enjoyed the array of live Roku channels on rainy days! For those who may not be familiar with OIB, the apt is not on the island itself but is SO close to the causeway. It was a perfect balance of price and location for us.
There is really only one drawback, which is that the walls (and ceiling) are a bit thin. I always travel with earplugs so it didn’t really bother me, but we could hear the folks upstairs pretty clearly.
Overall, we got great value for our money and had a fantastic vacation. Thank you so much!

Well decorated. Very clean. Good location yet not on the water. Could use baking sheet and or something for the oven. Would stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at this location. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect rental spot. The owners were super helpful and very friendly, answered every question we had promptly. This location is gorgeous and we can’t wait to stay again for next years vacation. Best rental experience we’ve ever had by far!!!!
