The pictures don't do it justice. It was absolutely precious, and we loved the flamingo theme! Super clean, nice yard and place to sit outside. Very quiet neighborhood and only minutes from the beach, just over the bridge.
If you plan to use the fold out couch in the living room, I would plan to bring extra sheets, blankets, pillows.
