First one to start of with the owner! He was kind and open about things. I called to see if I was able to get in the house early. He let us. He told us there was some issues that happen with previous tenants stay and to be alarmed of them. He called me mid week to see if everything was still going okay and if there was anything I needed.
The house was reasonably price,stocked with things we needed. Bed were comfortable,house was cleaned and well kept.

We had a great time with our family over the Labor Day weekend. The condo is well stocked and larger than I expected. Even though it's in a crowded townhome community it was very quiet, we never heard the neighbors.
The only downfalls were the carpets downstairs need to be cleaned. There are two spots in the front room / hallway that could use some attention. Also the garbage collection bin was full upon our arrival and stored in the garage. Unfortunately this caused the garage to STINK.
We would stay again, good value for the price.
