The bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure.
It was VERY difficult to enter the room with the door code. Detailed instructions should be sent in the text with the code.
The tub did not drain well. We had ankle deep water to stand in as we showered.
The coffee bar was difficult to use. Having to put coffee grounds into the reusable k-cup was difficult and messy. Then when making a second cup for my spouse I burned my fingers on the hot k-cup, had difficulty dumping the used grounds and there was nothing available to clean up spills.
