My son and daughter in law reserved this for our family get together and it was nice , but the lighting on the stairs were very bad, my wife almost took a spill because of the lighting, no lights on the walls were on and the ones on the ceiling were very dim. Really dangerous for people in their 70’s. The condo next door was very well lit. Need to address this as soon as possible!

We all loved the condo. It has a very central location to all of our entertainment choices. My one complaint is cleanliness. One bathroom had mold in toilet. The floor needed sweeping. The view is great!

Lovely setting along the river. Comfortable eclectic interior with plenty of space. Appreciated the Christmas tree and table settings.
Three flights of stairs as advertised, not an issue for us.
Ran out of hot water the first night. Ice cold the next day. Contacted the owner right away. They had the water heater fixed by that evening. Also got a call from the property manager and they adjusted our bill accordingly and gave us options to stay or vacate the property. We chose to stay and enjoyed the rest of our stay.
Property was overall clean.
Some minor repairs needed to a door frame.

This could be a nice condo but needs deep cleaning and repairs. The first thing I noticed was the air filter that hadn’t been changed in who knows how long and the vent was clogged with dust. After vacuuming it out, there was half a vacuum of dust. We asked for new filter but never got one. Every light fixture had spider webs in them. You are welcomed in the condo by many spider webs on the front porch that could have been swept off before we got there. I had to tighten the towel racks and toilet seat in the master bathroom. The pots and pans had loose handles. The curtains in dining room need extra panels. This condo needs the owners attention.
