This condo is so spacious and comfortable. It's just down the road from the national forest and a short drive to Pagosa Springs. The view from the back porch is fabulous. Great place for some rest and relaxation for our anniversary get away. There were just two of us but this place can easily accommodate a large family get together. Loved seeing the deer off the back porch in the evening as well as some hummingbirds and one bat. This was a great mountain get away!

We stayed here summer in 2023. However the pictures of the house were deceiving on the web site. The picture looks as though it’s a house in the country with the lake close by. This is actually 5 condos attached to each other and the lake is not right in the back yard as it seems. We couldn’t find a way to walk down to it because of all the weeds and grass grown up. The condo itself was nice a fully furnished besides the part of no air conditioning we enjoyed the stay, and the night time cool air. The condo was very clean and the beds were nice and comfortable and the aesthetic of the condo was very nice. Thanks for sharing your place with us.

First time in Pagosa Springs and the home definitely made it worthwhile and extraordinary. We arrived Friday afternoon a bit early and met up with our friends at the golf clubhouse to have a few drinks and enjoy the scenery! The view from the patio at the golf course was perfect! We were able to check into the home an hour early, thanks to Mgt., and the home was exactly what we needed and expected. There was a bit of a drive to get to the home but well worth it! The drive, more like a cruise, was scenic with the trees, animals and the lakes you pasted to get to the home. Once we arrived at the home, the view of the lake from the back patio was exquisite & breathtaking! The master bedroom had plenty of room and the king size bed was COMFORTABLE!! The second downstairs bedroom was quaint and the bed was perfect for our friends, everyone rested well and comfortably during our stay. The living room den was very nice with a shelf full of books and board games for the family. We had a movie night and enjoyed the electric fireplace that kept the living room cozy. The kitchen & dining room were open and was perfect to sit and chat while I prepared breakfast and dinner later Saturday night. The grill in the back worked great. We didn't realize when we booked but there is a second floor, more like a loft, with two more full size beds and two twin size beds, we'll definitely be booking again with my family of six in the near future!! The home's heater system worked great and kept the whole home nice and warm at night. The only hiccups we had, and trust me it did not take away from the enjoyment of our stay, the guest bathroom showerhead was cracked and water went everywhere first time we turned it on, but a quick fix and it worked just like it was brand new. One of the ovens burners was not working but the other three did and it didn't phase my cooking one bit!! I could keep going on and on about the home, well kept, very neat & clean, functional for couples or families to stay in and well worth the money.
