NEW! NEW! New everything—— every single thing in this home is brand new!! This 3 bed/2 bath,2 car garage ranch style home is ON the lake. With the most breathtaking views of the lake and the San Juan Mountains range. With a large backyard to entertain-fire pit, dock to fish, and kayaks to drop in. Fun for snowman building in the winter. You will see all kinds of birds-including bald eagles. The home is so peaceful, you will definitely want to stay here and maybe even return!!

The master has a king with and ensuite with a jacuzzi tub, walk in closet and TV. as well as private sliding door to back patio.
A queen bedroom with lots of storage and a TV
Bunk room- has a twin over full bunk bed. And a twin air mattress. The bunkroom is ideal for the kiddos, with a tv and 3 bean bags.
A nice large full bathroom for the 2 rooms to share.
With a large open concept main space, you will find all appliances needed, serving platers and dishes, everything from plasticware to a great full set of dishes too. Also, a large laundry room with a utility sink.
This home is a short 3-5 minute drive to the main grocery store, or Walmart, and some restaurants.
12-15 minutes to downtown-where you will find local shops, many restaurants, and the Hot springs resort or healing waters pool.
Wolf creek is 40 mins from here.
Durango is 60 minutes away.
PLPOA Rec center is around the corner, if you wish to use a gym-find the QR code in the house manual to gain access. There is a indoor pool and hot tub to use as well.

This is a great property making for a comfortable stay for our family.

We had a lovely stay here. The outdoor area/dock is incredible for fishing and kayaking. The house does not have AC and it was very warm a couple of the days during our stay. We didn’t realize this when we booked. There were no portable fans, which would have helped with circulation. Thankfully it cooled off at night.

My family had a great time in this very nice home. The kids enjoyed kayaking on the lake every morning. The view is great. It’s very peaceful. We enjoyed being outside. Kitchen has what you need. Great location. Good house!
One improvement that would be nice: adding curtains to the bedrooms, especially the master bedroom as it gets so bright very early in the morning!
