Overall, we had a great stay at this house. The yard was big so it was nice for the kids to run around in, but it was hard to keep my toddler from going into the street (not too busy of a street but you got some traffic).
The kitchen is downstairs with one bedroom, which was right by the patio area. This worked out well for us since my in-laws woke up earlier and liked to cook. The other three bedrooms are upstairs. We were surprised with the set-up but we didn’t mind it.
We loved being so close to Hill City so we can run to a restaurant or a park. Overall it was a great stay!

I normally do not write reviews, but this place definitely warrants one. We had a group of 6 there for a week and we all thought this property was exceptional. Very clean, the kitchen was stocked with the necessary utensils, two refrigerators made for easy food and drink storage (out of the coolers into the fridges). The living space inside is plentiful and comfy, but we barely used either living room because we were nearly always outside under one of the gazebos enjoying the beautiful weather we had, the scenery, and multiple deer in the yard every morning and evening. Only a couple minutes drive from Hill City, it is centrally located in the Black Hills. We would absolutely stay here again on our next visit.

The location just cant be beat. The owners have made some upgrades since our last stay which are really nice.
Kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom and bathroom are on lower level. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with another living room on upper level.
It accommodated us very well.
