Our little cottage was perfect for our family. 1 couple, 1 child (9yrs) and another adult family member stayed in unit 2. The little playground was nice for our daughter and there is an outdoor shower for grownups! Very close to the Wellfleet Drive-In, Truro and Orleans. Being right on route 6 made it very convenient to get from place to place. Brian, our host, was very easy to communicate with and had wonderful suggestions. We look forward to staying again here.
Few notes:
Kitchen has decent supplies, grill works great, outdoor table has plenty of seating, will need your own login for apps on the smart tv, no microwave and a large fridge.

This small, but comfortable, cottage was just right for my husband, son, and me. We visited during early off-season, so no other cottages were occupied. Very clean, quiet, and close to beaches and restaurants.

We absolutely LOVED this cottage. With a three year old, we need make sure we’re in a space that is kiddo-friendly. This cottage fit the bill - minimal furniture and decoration.
Apart from meeting the safety standard for the 3-year-old-who-touches-and-climbs-on-everything (lol), it was a calm and peaceful location. Despite being right on the Cape’s main thoroughfare, it was QUIET. The side deck is great for eating dinner and late night hangs without toddler in-tow.
Brian, the owner, is friendly and responsive. I was amazed by how fast he replied when I emailed him.
Overall, this was an outstanding experience. Highly recommend booking this adorable cottage.

It is great for a small family. It came with all necessities with exception of microwave.
