A beautiful place and isolated. If you’re looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, and relax, this is your place. Nicely situated to Yellowstone and Grand Tetons for daily visits and then a return to a nice quiet evening listening to river flow and just enjoying your get away.

The view of the river was so nice. It’s very quiet out there. We saw at least two eagles and several hawks. The sound of the river flowing while sitting on the porch was very nice. There’s horses grazing on the property across the river.
The property is in a good location for visiting Yellowstone and The Great Tetons. We were also pleased to find Mesa Falls in Ashton. It’s beautiful.
The house itself is very clean and nicely decorated with all the basic needs for your stay. A drip coffee maker, all the kitchen necessities and even some basic spices and condiments in the fridge. I really appreciated the Woozoo fans. There’s a washer and dryer but I’m not sure if they encourage the use of those or not. There was a blow dryer in the master bath along with shampoo and body wash. (More on the master bath later.) There were four adults in our group and it was plenty big.
It’s described as an angler’s dream. While the river is beautiful there’s no easy way to get to it directly from the house. There’s not a trail. It’s all overgrown grass, etc. if someone rented this with the intention of fishing they may find it very difficult to get down to the river. It’s possible but not an easy trek.
The very gravely walkway from the garage to the front porch would definitely cause a problem for someone who is unsteady or in a wheelchair. A cement walkway would be a vast improvement. It’s a gravelly road up to the driveway as well once you get to the entrance of the property.
About the master bath. It’s nice. It has a big tub that right next to some windows. The windows look out to a home that is occupied. The people there have a porch where they spend time on at night. The bathroom windows are only partially covered! The bottom part has shutters but the tops are left wide open. I did not like that in the least. During the day it’s no problem but at night it’s a big problem. I highly doubt the neighbors even care to look but who wants to dress and undress while the windows are open?
In conclusion, it was a very nice home in a good location if you want to see more than just Yellowstone. It provided all we needed for a comfortable stay (except for those bathroom windows:)

The house was very comfortable well equipped
You had to go to back of house to get in which had 3-4 inch deep gravel walkway which I turned my ankle twice the garage was locked by owner which would have been easy way in not handy cap exc.
That being said is a good place to stay

We chose this location to be close to Yellowstone and other National Parks. It was perfectly located and easy to get to. The ranch itself was amazing along with the scenery around it. We were able to grab groceries at the local store and cook most meals to save on money. The guest contact was incredibly responsive and helpful. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!
