We stayed at the property for 6 nights. We (my husband Mike and I) and our dogs enjoyed our stay alot but the property needs some work and updating. The shower door in the bathroom off the master bedroom is ready to fall off. The toilet seat in that bathroom is also ready to fall off.
The microwave handle is broke (I had no idea it was broke until I went to open it). I am surprised that handle did not snap off when I opened it. And that microwave made an awful noise when it was used (like it is on its last leg). The sliding door by the kitchen table does not open well and the lock on the screen is broke. The property is in the perfect location and provides a peaceful and comfortable stay. We loved how secluded it was, but the property could really use AC.
As Evolve Rental Property Owners ourselves we noticed the little things not working right or broke probably alittle more than others would. Although there were things that needed to be done to upgrade the property we would recommend it to anyone looking for a more quiet and privacy place to just relax and unwind in. And being able to bring our Fur Kids was a huge plus.
The owners were very nice, leaving us a bottle of wine and a message welcoming us to their property. I only gave the rating of 4 stars because of the needed repairs that should be done to the property.
