We were looking for a few days away. No steps to climb. Easy access and clean. This unit delivered.
Our air went out second night. Called our contact no immediate answer. Waited a bit and called the owner of the unit. He was very prompt in getting the air fixed. Understand things happen but would have been nice to have received a little grace discount. Would book this unit again with this owner.
Suggestions: Black out curtains on the porch side for bedroom and doors. Sun is direct in the evening and the little window blind in the bedroom shows too much around it in the unit as it’s not a good fit. We put a blanket over the curtain rod for our stay as it gave us privacy to sleep in peace.
The outside furniture could be replaced but worked. Too many chairs in the bedroom as well. Simple is better. We did love the huge mirror in the bedroom for getting dressed. Washer and dryer in the unit is a huge plus. A nice large toaster oven addition to the unit would be a plus for making sandwiches, cooking sausage and such. Toaster is good but countertop toaster oven has so many benefits and don’t have to heat up the unit with an oven.
Note: North Myrtle has now ban plastic bags. You will not be able to shop and get a bag for your things without paying for the bags. This is ridiculous.
Second note: Many places and restaurants are either cash only or they are adding 20 percent to your credit and debit card purchases for simply using a card. Ridiculous as well.
Third note: if you love Old Time Pottery, beware. Gabes has now purchase the one in Myrtle and it is nothing like it used to be. Nothing. Was very disappointed as I usually come away with many bags from here. Not this time.

There isn’t really a negative thing I can say. Couple of minor things were wrong but nothing that impeded our vacation. The condo was fantastic, across the street from the beach, beds are super comfortable, pool was great….hot tub was fantastic. Super clean place so can’t wait to book next years and hopefully reserve it for a longer stay.
