The time at Wendy’s condo was simply wonderful. It was exactly the peaceful and beautiful weekend I needed. There was everything I needed and I spent the weekend comfy and warm. I cant wait to come back!

Wonderful. Had a great day. No issues. We hope to come back again. I was here with my brother. We have several friends here in Telluride so this was our first visit.

Had the best thanksgiving. Cozy and quiet at this place. Went into town to see the ski tree and hike bear creek trail only a little over a mile into town. Grocery store is close by. The place is very spacious. There were four of us and we had a wonderful dinner. A deck to hangout in the sun. ☀️!! We will be back!!

We enjoyed our time in Telluride despite this particular unit being in need of many repairs, cleaning, and maintenance.
Note: I do not often leave negative reviews because I believe that most property owners do their best with the real estate that they have. This property was a tough one for me.
The keycode on the door broke the first night after we arrived - Wendy said that she would repair it the next day but never did. We had to let ourselves in through the front window, which we had to leave unlocked for our own access. None of the windows have screens so we could not open the windows at night to enjoy any fresh mountain air (this mattered because the unit has a musty smell and felt stuffy). The bedroom window is not a legal "egress" and could pose a safety hazard in the event of a fire - there is no way to escape from that window. Most of the furnishings are old and beyond their prime, needing replacement. There are three large couches in a tiny condo, most of which are not comfortable. All (yes, I checked them all) of the pots and pans are damaged (scratched "nonstick" coatings) and made cooking very difficult. We had to use the one cast iron pan for all of our cooking (after my husband scrubbed it well). The comforter/blanket on the bed was not clean. The nightlight in the bathroom did not work. Ugh.
On the positive side, the location of the property is great - it is a nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood, which made accessing the property by way of an unlocked window "okay" (try this in a big city - no way!). The Telluride bike trail was across the road, making it very easy to get to town. There is also a bus stop right there. We were also able to safely park our trailer near the unit without any issues.
If you are looking for a relatively inexpensive place to stay near Telluride and don't have high expectations, this place is sufficient.
