We very much enjoyed our stay in Pickwick. House layout was perfect for six people and the kitchen was well stocked. Loved the screen porch in the back! Quiet neighborhood with lots of deer sightings. The check out instructions were very simple.
The only negative is that the house was originally advertised as having a community pool. After messaging Evolve, the individual in the online chat confirmed a community pool was a short walk from the house. My cousin drove by the house prior to our stay and could not find a community pool. I reached out to Evolve again and the reply was that the pool was listed in error and the listing had been updated. While the house was beautiful, it was too late to cancel and find another place with a pool.
