    Condo is perfect location for exploring Kailua, Kona town on foot. Several shopping plaza's nearby, some walking distance. Quaint cozy coffee shop "Bikini Bottoms" just steps below the condo, nice place to relax. A/C was excellent and so appreciated as it was quite hot/humid, but the sunny weather was worth it! Communication with owner prior to check-in and during our stay was always prompt. Appreciated the extra spices, teas, etc. included with all standard appliances, even saw a waffle maker! However, a blender would make a nice addition in the future.

    Very clean 1BDR Condo as advertised in the pictures. The view from the condo overlooks the pool area. To see the ocean you can use the BBQ area's on level 3 or 4. The grills in each BBQ area clean and in good working order. The entire complex is very clean. We selected this condo/location specifically for Ironman 2022. It was the best! You are only .25 mile from the start/finish of the Ironman race. During the 2022 Ironman event we watched the final run to the finish on Alli Drive and walked up to Kuakini Hwy to watch biking & running. You are so close to the "hot corner's" and in the middle of everything Ironman. The Ironman Village is less than .25 mile as well. This condo is close to both a Safeway and Walmart for groceries or anything you may have forgotten to pack. If you rented a car, it stays safe in a gated underground parking garage. The contact for this condo was very responsive to all questions.

    This is a very nice, immaculate 1BR flat in the middle of shops, restaurants, and bars downtown Kailua. The furnishing is lovely and comfortable as is the bed (queen-size), and the small kitchen has everything you need, including sharp chefs' knives. The lanai is spacious and comfortable, as well. The condo itself gets a 5 star from us, but the overall rating dropped to a 4 because of the lack of a view of anything from the lanai, save a stream of interesting characters, from families and vacationers to drunken revelers to people really down on their luck in the little alley below the apartment. A fascinating window on Kailua, for sure. Overall, we'd be happy to stay here again.
