Clean and modern property. Loved having the garage. Location was central to what we needed. Wall AC units worked great!
Ground floor has the front door, garage, door to backyard, bedroom with queen bed, 1 full bathroom. Long stairway to the upstairs 1st level...living room, kitchen, dining room, office, half bath and patio with 2 chairs and table.
3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, and laundry are on the 2nd upstairs level.
No grass, only tall weeds in front and backyard area.
School had not started yet, but this place backs up to a school playground. Neighbors out the front door are rather a mess, but they are quite! Neighborhood was a bit sketchy driving into, but ended up being quiet and just fine for us as we were not there much.

We came to Monroe for the spartan race. It was a great location for that, about an 8 minute drive from there. The house was nice and did the job. It was very close to Main Street which was nice for walking around. we would definitely stay here again. The reasons for giving it a 4 (really a 4.5) would be the house says it has a/c but it only have mini splits in the main room and in the master. We went on a nicer weekend so the bedrooms got warm so we ended up having to buy fans. Not the end of the world, but it would have been nice to know beforehand. Or if fans could be left at the house. The other reason was that the floors were very dirty. Everyone’s feet were basically black after walking around upstairs. We had kids, so that was kind of a bummer with them crawling around.
