This was our second (and definitely not our last) stay at this property, and it continues to be absolutely perfect for our family with two young kids. The home is spotless, comfortable, and incredibly well-equipped — you can tell the owners really put thought into making it welcoming for families. The kids loved having plenty of space to play, and we loved how easy and stress-free everything was from check-in to checkout.
The location is great, the house is quiet and relaxing, and every stay has been consistently excellent. We’ve already decided we’ll be coming back again. Highly recommend!

The home was immaculate, carefully curated with everything we needed. In the morning, we sat on the back patio and watched the sun rise. In the evening, we sat out there and listened to the owls. A perfect place for a perfect vacation. The owners even permitted us to check in early, which really helped. Just lovely. Highly recommended.

Having stayed in Sun Lakes AZ for several years where family and friends reside year around we have experience the good and the bad in short term rentals. This year we hit the jackpot. 9917 is a totally equipped, comfortably and stylishly furnished resort. From the outdoor table and couch where you are protected even in an unusual thunderstorm to the fire pit overlooking the lakes and walking trails of Cottonwood this house has it all. And to boot, the owners went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The pictures sometimes exaggerate the homes qualities but not for this house. Everything promised was delivered and so much more. It is an easy walk up the lakes to the Cottonwood club house. More importantly every detail was anticipated and delivered. Someone even comes to take out the recycling and garbage. What more could a couple want than to know they are in a one of a kind unit in a welcoming location.

Our stay was great considering we picked up a bug on the flight on the way down. Everything in the home was in excellent condition, clean, and the owners have done a great job of providing the things we needed to make our stay more than just a stay in a hotel room. Thank you for opening your home to us.
