About this house rental
You won't want to leave this recently updated and freshly furnished home in the 55+ adult community of Sun Lakes. This home features a brand new sunny kitchen with hickory cabinets, new high tech stove, refrigerator and dishwasher along with a farmhouse style sink plus granite countertops too! Entertain dinner guests at the spacious dining room table, or enjoy your breakfast at the oversized counter. Kitchen amenities include everything you need to cook up a feast!
Take a nap In the living room on the full sized couch or in the super comfy recliner. We've "cut the cord" and offer Roku TVs in both bedrooms and in the living room to watch your favorite sports teams or to catch up on your favorite streaming or local programming.
The new king size bed in the master suite has an adjustable mattress - elevate your head to watch TV or read a book. The hickory cabinets in the master bath offer double sinks so getting ready for the day is a breeze. The step-in shower is great for cleaning up after a round of golf. The giant walk-in closet has plenty of space to store your clothes while you are here.
The guest suite features a new queen size bed with an adjustable mattress just like the master suite. The full wall closet gives your guests plenty of room to unpack their bags. The en suite bathroom also features hickory cabinetry and a granite countertop along with a full bathtub and shower.
With three sliding patio doors to the back yard you'll have wonderful views of the #1 green of the Sun Lakes Country Club golf course. Or relax with a beverage or two and enjoy one of our beautiful sunsets as you end your day in paradise!
This rental includes a golf cart for your use during your stay.
