We had a wonderful stay. The supplies of coffee and tea bags served our needs opulently.
The place was neat and clean. Only problem was the smelly tap water - nothing can be done about it - for it is the type of well water we get there at Windham, NY. Even in restaurant in Downtown Windham we faced the same problem, we had to buy the bottle waters. Future visitors to this neat place may choose to bring their own bottle water. There was a Brita Water Filter which we did not use. The owner were extremely helpful.
The only handicap was that the photographs made the place look a lot bigger than what it is. We'll definitely revisit the place should the opportunities arise.

I’ve stayed at many short term rental properties over the years and this one was one of the best!
The home was clean and well kept. The host was communicative and easy to work with.

We rented this unit for its proximity to other relatives who were attending a family wedding at Hunter mountain.
This unit was well appointed and cozy. Totally met all of our needs for the weekend. The view across the way is just lovely.
Only con would be that lining up the deadbolt on the front door was a bit tricky. However, the manager provided specific instructions in advance and we were able to figure it out!

This was our second stay this summer. The house and location are great. The house is clean. Our complaint after the first stay was that the water had that sulfur smell. This time around the smell wasn’t as bad. However the water pressure was reduced significantly. Probably due to an added filter. There are devices to help increase water pressure. The only other complaint is that the driveway is a pain to get out of. I also think the price was reasonable if it wasn’t for all the added fees.
