My family and I stayed here for 4th of July week. It was balmy and low humidity and we spent a great deal of time out on this gorgeous home’s exterior deck. It is perfectly nestled among the forest, and I loved sitting there listening to the wind rustle through the leaves. The home itself is clean, charming and convenient. The kitchen is well stocked, although we did add (and leave) a few more items. We had plenty of room for our family of 8, plus our beloved fur baby. We enjoyed being tucked away but also only a 15 minute drive to downtown Boone. We also easily explored Blowing Rock and Tweetsie Railroad, and took the Blue Ridge Parkway down to Grandfather Mountain from there as well. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year!

The cabin was a perfect place for our family to have a fun and relaxing weekend. The cabin was very comfortable and we immediately felt “at home”. We spent time in the sunroom enjoying the views of the mountains. And we had fun roasting marshmallows out back over the campfire. It was a short trip to downtown Boone where we enjoyed shopping and dining out.
We look forward to going back!
