We enjoyed our stay, the booking was easy, it was a great place for the price. Would stay again.
Pros:
-Pool (a little small but we always had it to ourselves so it was fine) appeared to be checked daily by a guy in a truck that would come test the water
-Location - Backed up to lagoon, was about a 3-5 min walk to beach, or paid parking right across the street from beach entrance. Maybe a 5 min drive to the main intersection by the Hangout, gift shops, etc.
-Good amount of space inside and out
-Nice outside areas (Decks, Dock, or ground level with bench swing)
-Plenty of towels in bathrooms
-Was only slightly more than most 2bed 2bath rentals we were looking for that were comparable
-Host provided all instructions and information we needed to check in and out.
-The neighbors in the next unit were very nice, didn't experience anything bad with the permanent residents as one review mentioned.
-Felt pretty clean upon arrival, which I feel isn't always the case in my experiences with other rentals.
The not as good, but not bad: (All of these are very minor, but were brought up among our group at one point)
-Instructions on taking trash out, but didn't specify to where. A permanent resident neighbor helped us.
-The place could use a little updating or maintenance- nothing major, but if I was to be very picky there would be a few things I'd suggest (Overall in good shape, just typical things that are mainly cosmetic and usually not high priority)
-Not sure about other rooms, but ours came with a king bed and only 2 flat pillows. I could've messaged host to see if there were more, but a very minor inconvenience not worth the hassle, I still slept fine, but wouldn't have minded more pillows.
-I'd say with these being the biggest "cons", we did fine and had a great stay, just like to try to leave some constructive feedback.
Overall, we were all very happy with the place. This isn't a standalone house that's $1000 per night, so don't expect that, but it was very good for the reasonable price. We all agreed we would stay there again, which isn't always the case with our group of friends.

We had a fantastic time during our vacation in this condo. We had 4 teenagers and two adults so we needed a place with plenty of room. This condo is two stories and has two bedrooms with king-sized beds with a bathroom upstairs, one bedroom with a queen-sized bed, and a sleeper sofa downstairs with another bathroom. The master room has a balcony overlooking the beautiful bay waters. The bed was a bit firm for my liking, but if you're looking for firm then you will be fine. The rooms are very spacious and have plenty of room for storage. The water pressure in the showers was excellent and stayed hot with 6 of us showering back to back. There is a pier you can use for fishing and they have an outdoor storage area that has fishing poles and various items you can use during your stay. The owner takes very good care to provide you with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Everything is labeled and very well organized and cleaned. The condo is located across the street from the public access beach which was veryyy convenient! A 3-5 minute walk to the beach and there is a crosswalk which made it easy to get to. We were very satisfied with our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!
