We stayed with our 13 and 14 year old grandsons. They loved the outdoor chess set. The only negative is that the internet does not work very well. We were without more that we were with internet which meant the TVs did not work. If you need to work or use your computer I would not recommend staying here. It was clean and had what we needed but my husband needed to check on a few things for work and couldn’t.

Our family of 5 stayed here for Spring Break. The condo is in a good location and within walking distance of a coffee shop and a few good restaurants. Walmart and another grocery store are also close by. Check in was simple and seamless. The condo is warm and cozy with very comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay again when we return to Pagosa Springs.

First of all, this condo has a wonderful local support. Heather was always available, and returned phone calls right away.
This condo has a very nice kitchen with plenty of kitchen appliances
. It has a roomy downstairs with comfortable living room furniture and large windows for lots of sunshine. The mattresses are really firm memory foam, and there are extra pillows and blankets for the beds.. The outside porch was our favorite place to sit to relax, it has great views, and is in the shade all day long. This place is about a 15 minute ride to downtown and the springs. It is a 10 minute walk to restaurants and a large grocery store.
The condo is in a small neighborhood , and very quiet with private parking. I would rent this unit again.

The location is great, the condo was in good condition. We had issues with the linens. Towels were wet when we arrived, which was odd, as they were hung up regardless. We had to put them back in the dryer. Outside of that, the place was great and very convenient in location to town, grocery stores etc. Had all the needs from plates, pans, cutlery etc.
