We were in town for a wedding and this little gem was in a perfect location for all of our events. The home was wonderful - clean, comfortable and quiet. The host was very responsive and super helpful as well! We loved the area and highly recommend!

This place is very nice and updated with clean and comfortable beds. The kitchen has everything you need to store your food and cook meals if you choose not to go out to eat during your stay. It is located within walking distance from the downtown shops and restaurants, which we visited daily.
We stayed 5 nights while visiting family who live in Winter Garden. This house felt like our own cottage while we were there. We are going to stay in the smaller place on the same property (same host) on our next visit to Florida because we are interested in renting both places when we have more family coming. This will be our “go-to” home away from home when we are in Florida now.

This is a perfect location. We were an 8 minute walk through the neighborhood to downtown Winter Garden's historic district. There is a Farmer's Market on Saturdays, live music on Friday nights, plus restaurants, bars, live theater, boutiques, etc. We walked up there several times during our stay. The VRBO was clean and as advertised. Communication was good. We had a flight delay and arrived at 1:00 a.m. so the keyless entry was appreciated. There was even a little welcome basket with cookies and water waiting for us.
