Welcome to your one-bedroom slice of heaven, steps from Lake Apopka and Newton Park. Whether you’re here for the sunsets, the BBQs, or just to escape reality, this place has everything you need—and probably a few things you didn’t even know you needed!
First, the bedroom: A king-size bed so comfy you might forget about all the nearby attractions. It even comes with a closet, perfect for stashing clothes you’ll probably wear once because, let’s be honest, you’ll live in that bed.
The living room? Oh, we’ve got you covered! Not one, but two queen-size sofa beds for lounging, napping, or pretending to watch TV while you snack. There’s also a dining table for four (ideal for family meals or board games that may or may not end in chaos), and a desk for those work-from-home moments… or just a place to put your coffee while you stare at emails.
Speaking of coffee: We’ve got it! You’ll also find a full kitchen for preparing meals—or, you know, staring at while you order takeout. Fridge, stove, microwave—it’s all there!
The bathroom is stocked with toiletries and towels, and if you spill something, no problem—a washer and dryer are ready to save the day.

Host William was so helpful and great to work with. The apt had everything we needed and was quite comfortable. Great location and walking distance to view the lake. Could have used a couple comfy lawn chairs for morning coffee instead of just the picnic table.
