I’m so grateful for the stay and very pleased with everything! It was very clean from the bathrooms to the kitchen to the porch. Everything about this stay was what I needed. We used the paddle boards and they worked like a charm. We also made some s’mores with their little fire pit. I have nothing to complain about thank you!

Our stay was amazing! The house is clean and well stocked! We had so much fun using the canoe and ping pong table. The house has other games too. It is a cute place to stay. We can't wait to go back! We have stayed at this house several times and it never disappoints. The hosts are sweet and takes great care of this house!

Let me begin with the positive: this property was clean and well organized. It was quiet and we felt safe.
Unfortunately the drought has caused the lake to recede so dramatically that it was an uncomfortable and arduous half mile walk through mud, crane/heron poop, and biting flies to even reach the “beach”. This was extremely disappointing, as we booked this property based on photos showing the water’s edge within steps of the house.
Also, the “WiFi” was really bad. I didn’t think DSL was still a thing, but apparently it is. (Which was a bit confusing since there are signs in town advertising fiber optic internet service!) We got at best 4 Mbps download speeds.
Lastly, the two portable air conditioners did a fair job of keeping the living & kitchen areas cool, but the bedrooms were toasty.
All in all our stay was just Ok. We fully recognize the property owner has no influence over the weather, but because of the heat/drought our stay was less than ideal.
